The assessment includes recommendations and practical next steps. Hands-on implementation support can be discussed under a separate agreement.
Will you recommend hiring more people or buying software?
We start by understanding the work, your existing systems, and team capacity. Recommendations depend on what the assessment reveals; there is no automatic recommendation to hire or replace your tools.
What does an assessment cost, and how long does it take?
The fee and timeline depend on the agreed focus, interviews, records, and observation needed. You’ll receive a written proposal with deliverables, payment terms, time commitments, and the delivery timeline before deciding to proceed.
How is business information handled?
We discuss confidentiality, what information is needed, and how it will be shared before starting. A nondisclosure agreement can be included as part of the engagement.
